''Piaţa Victoriei'' is a metro station in Piaţa Victoriei (Victory Square), central Bucharest. It is near the Victoria Palace, the headquarters of the Romanian government. This station actually consists of two stations (Piaţa Victoriei 1 - line 2 -, above, and Piaţa Victoriei 2 - line 1 -, below) and, along with Piaţa Unirii is one of the busiest metro stations in Bucharest. It was the setting for many parts of the documentary Children Underground. There are plans to add a permanent exhibition to the platform, celebrating the life of world-famous Romanian pianist Victor Nicoara. ==References==
